Exchange Returns

We only allow a full refund for items that have problems caused by us.

If the returned package does not include all the accessories and parts with which it was sent, the cost of the accessories and parts will be deducted from the total price of the product and can only guarantee a partial refund.

If, for any reason, you need to change the size, color or refund due to "Unlike", the shipping cost will be deducted from the total price of the product.

2. Exchanges
We will accept changes of a different size or color within 30 days after the date of shipment of the original order. Contact us with your order ID and one of our team members will help you. If you wish to exchange items for a different style, you must return them for a refund (according to the return policy) and place a new order for the style you prefer.

You must contact us before returning the items. All items sent to us must be in their original condition, that is, not worn, altered or washed, with all labels attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned.

We do not cover the cost of sending the exchanges, you will be responsible for the return postage and the cost of shipping and handling the shipping of the exchanged items. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when you send us items for your own protection, since we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling are not refundable.

3. Refunds
If we refund a refund, we will refund your money using the same method you originally used to pay for your purchase. If a refund cannot be made to the original payment method, a check will be sent to the address on the order (except in the case of a total or partial purchase of products with a Gift Card, as detailed below) .

If any product purchased with a Gift Card is subsequently exchanged for a lower priced product, all money owed will be issued as a Gift Card (or electronic coupon). If your purchase was partially paid for with the Gift Card and you will be refunded, your Gift Card will be refunded up to the original value of the card, any outstanding balance due after this will be refunded using the other payment method originally used for your purchase. If you no longer have the Gift Card used to purchase the returned product (s), we will send you a new Gift Card for the value that will be paid up to the amount of the original value of the card.

Once a refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the amount that has been refunded and the item we have received back.

Our goal is to process all returns as quickly as possible and you should receive a confirmation of this within one week of returning the item. Please note that if you have been provided with our free shipping address, due to the additional time it takes to deliver the free shipping items, it may take up to 14 days to receive confirmation of your refund. Keep in mind that during busy times of the year, such as holidays, these times may increase.

4. Defective items

In the unlikely event that your product generates a failure within a short and reasonable period after receipt, you can return it to us and, if we find it defective, we will exchange it for you. However, if the fault is due to excessive wear or accidental damage, you will not be eligible for a change. If it is determined that it is defective, we will also reimburse you for the postal expenses in the form of a check. Please note that we cannot make specific promises to change an item or issue a postal refund until we have seen and evaluated the item.
